we want in! HOW DO WE BOOK?

Bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance for Farm House Accommodation stays, or approx 2 years in advance for our Wedding bookings. Reservation requests can be made via our Contact Us, by

phone , or via AirBnb and other online booking agencies. Direct bookings are the best way to support small, local business like ours and ensure you get the best service and don’t get stung with additional booking fees too :)

do you have heating and cooling

We sure do! We have ducted heating and air conditioning throughout the Farm House, as well as a gorgeous Coonara fire place so you can just relax, settle in and enjoy a vino by the fire.

are children welcome?

Absolutely! Butterfly Red Hill is an amazing place to share quality time with the family! There are an abundance of toys, board games, dvds and outdoor games. We have the Farm House decked out so you can just arrive and have an amazing time together.

do you have a high chair?

Yes, we are able to provide up to two high chairs during your stay at Butterfly Red Hill.

do you have a portacot?

Yes we do have a portacot available for use during your stay. If you require portacot bedding as well, please let us know ahead of time so we can set up your room for you :)

are you close to any restaurants & wineries etc

We sure are! Smack back in the middle of two wineries, and just a short walk to the Red Hill Market, and a bunch of delicious fine dining restaurants.

what time is check in/ out?

Check in time is 2:00pm, and check out at 10:00am on the day of departure.

where are you located?

Butterfly Red Hill is located at 138 Arthurs Seat Road, Red Hill. In between Lindenderry and Eldridge Estate Wineries. We have 2 driveways to access the property, the first driveway (on the Lindenderry side) gives you direct access to the Farm House and parking.

do you have gift vouchers?

Yes we do! You can either make a reservation for specific dates; choose a dollar value or choose a number of nights (midweek or weekend).

is your property smoking or non-smoking?

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside of the Farm House. Please use provided ash trays and refrain from walking through the property while smoking. Smoking inside the Farm House is NOT permitted.

how do we access the property?

Access to the Farm House will be granted via an on-site key safe. Full check-in details will be forwarded to you in the days prior to your stay.

can we have a party/event during our stay?

No, for our Farm House Accommodation Only bookings, parties and events are not permitted. If you are interested in hosting a wedding, party or event with us at Butterfly Red Hill, please Contact Us to chat more about what you’ve got in mind :)

CAN WE BRING PETS?

No, the Butterfly Red Hill Farm House is a pet-free accommodation. For our wedding couples, fully supervised pets are permitted onsite for the ceremony and photo components of the day only.

• NO ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION IS PERMITTED ON SITE SUCH AS TENTS, CARAVANS, CAMPERVANS

• DO NOT USE OUTDOOR AREAS FOR ACTIVITY BETWEEN 11.00 PM TO 7.00 AM

• PLACE ALL WASTE INTO THE BINS PROVIDED PRIOR TO LEAVING PARK ALL VEHICLES WITHIN THE PROPERTY BOUNDARY.

• OCCUPANT AND VISITOR CARS CANNOT BE PARKED OUT ON THE STREET OR ON NATURE STRIP AREAS
